Latest update on turnover
The information below is important and legally binding. Please read carefully.
We have to modify how we measure the turnover and how we process your withdrawal requests, following the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. We urge you to pay close attention to the next details for two purposes. First, to understand how we will do it from now on. Second, to adapt your betting strategies. This is crucial because the new procedure may influence your efficiency and profitability.
The new rules apply no matter what payment method you choose. You can use a regulated and supervised payment method, or use cryptos to fund a betting account (being anonymous).
Explaining the terms
Turnover is the total of your winnings and losses from your betting activities during a set time. By winnings, we mean the amount left after subtracting the original stake from the total payout. If your stake was 100 Euros and your payout 200, then you count the turnover as 200 – 100 = 100 Euros. Naturally, when you lose a bet, the amount of your original stake is the one to count in the calculations.
For instance, let’s suppose that during the set time, you made 10 bets. You won 5 of them and you lost the other 5. Let’s also suppose that for the first 5 your total stake was 100 Euros and your total payout 200. So, your net winnings are 100. The total stake for the 5 that you lost was also 100. So, your total turnover is 100 + 100 = 200.
The new process
In the preceding example, we used the number of bets to make clear the terminology. However, and this is crucial, from 01.02.2024 the actual process depends on the markets that you used and not the number of bets. In simple terms, we will process all withdrawal requests AFTER you have generated at least three times (3x) the amount of your deposits. If your deposit was 100 Euros, your turnover needs to be 300, before you can request a withdrawal.
If this condition is not met, then we have the right to either apply a 10% extra charge, or to cancel, reject, or delay the withdrawal request. We will process the withdrawal request only when your bets reach the turnover limit.
What the latest update on turnover is about
- Imagine that you made a bet on a game between Real Madrid and Barcelona on Over 2.5 goals and you won 150 Euros in net winnings. For the same game, you also made a bet on Over 4.5 goals on a stake of 200, which you lost. Your total turnover is 150 + 200 = 350.
- Imagine now that for a game between Bayern Munich and Manchester United, you made two bets. The first is for Over 2.5 goals of 1000 Euros, and the second is an equal bet on Under 2.5 goals. The odds for both are @1.80. No matter what happens, you will lose 200 Euros. Let’s explain how. The bet for over 2.5 goals was successful and your net winnings are 800 Euros. At the same time, your bet on Under 2.5 was lost. So, your turnover is 1000 - 800 = 200. The same formula is true if the part that was won, was the Under 2.5 market.
Based on all the above, please check your turnover if you see a delay on your withdrawal request, before sending us a message for the reason. You are of course welcome to contact us if you believe that our calculations are incorrect and we will be happy to fix it for you.
