BetDEX is a peer-to-peer betting exchange with one flat commission: 1% of net profit per market. There are no premium charges, and there is no stake limiting either. It runs on the Solana blockchain, so it is one of the newer exchanges on VIP-IBC. In short, it is a natural fit for winning bettors who are tired of restrictions elsewhere.
Nigel Eccles, Varun Sudhakar and Stuart Tonner founded BetDEX Labs in October 2021. Its subsidiary, Stucktaymore Limited, operates the exchange. Its terms of service, updated 1 July 2026, name Anjouan (Union of Comoros) as its licensing authority.

Like Betfair or Matchbook, BetDEX matches backers with layers instead of setting its own prices. However, it stands out for transparency. Orders match on-chain, and its guide promises no front-running and no opaque matching. Moreover, the commission is the same for a beginner and a professional.

Football carries by far the most markets, with hundreds of leagues down to the third and fourth tiers. Chess is also listed. On top of that, its rules cover boxing, darts, rugby, golf, snooker and esports. BetDEX offers these on request or lists them as coming soon.
Types of bets
The core football markets are full time result, total goals, goal handicaps, correct score and both teams to score. There are also half-time markets, corners and cards. For US sports you get moneyline, totals, handicaps and period markets, while tennis has set and game markets.
In-play betting comes with a 5-second bet delay, or 3 seconds for tennis. Cash-out is on offer as well, so you can close a position early. However, it depends on the liquidity in the market and only works for positions on at most two outcomes.
Unique features
The 1% commission on net profit is the headline. Every user pays the same rate, and there are no premium charges for consistent winners. Above all, there is no stake limiting, which is the opposite of what most sportsbooks do with a winning account.

Where is BetDEX available?
BetDEX’s terms list 24 prohibited countries, including Russia, Iran, Cuba and North Korea. They also note that the list is not exhaustive. Through VIP-IBC, however, BetDEX prices appear in the same betslip as every other connected exchange. As a result, you can see immediately whether its lay price beats the rest.
